Lottery agents shall sell lottery tickets on an agent basis according to the stipulations of the lottery sales contract, and shall not entrust others to sell lottery tickets on an agent basis. (5) If there is a balance in the last prize-giving activity, it will be postponed until the prize-giving bonus is used up. The prize-giving activity has not yet expired, but the adjustment fund and general adjustment fund of lottery games have been used up, and the prize-giving should be stopped.

article 17 lottery issuing institutions and lottery selling institutions shall apply to the finance department at the same level by the lottery issuing institutions or lottery selling institutions in charge of managing the lottery game prize pool, and organize the implementation after examination and approval.
