Sixth citizens should consciously abide by the relevant provisions of the state and autonomous regions on the use of spoken and written languages, and have the right to supervise, criticize and report acts that violate the relevant norms and standards of spoken and written languages of the state and autonomous regions. Language management agencies or other relevant departments shall promptly investigate, handle and give a reply. Article 7 People's governments at all levels should strengthen their leadership over language and writing work, and establish a working mechanism with government leading, overall planning by competent departments, support from relevant departments and social participation.

The people's governments at or above the county level shall guarantee the funds for language and translation work.

Chapter II Use and Management of Spoken and Written Languages Article 8 When performing their duties, the organs of self-government of autonomous regions use both the spoken and written languages commonly used in the country and Uighur; When necessary, you can also use the languages of other nationalities at the same time. When performing their duties, the organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures and autonomous counties use the spoken and written languages commonly used by the state and the spoken and written languages commonly used by ethnic groups exercising regional ethnic autonomy; When necessary, the spoken and written languages of other nationalities commonly used in the local area can also be used at the same time. If several languages are used at the same time to perform their duties, the language of the ethnic group exercising regional ethnic autonomy may be the main language.

When performing their duties, the spoken and written languages of ethnic minorities have the same effect as the spoken and written languages of the state. Ninth people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the management of the social application of spoken and written languages, strengthen law enforcement, and improve the management and service level. Tenth people's governments at or above the county level language management agencies should focus on strengthening the supervision and inspection of schools, institutions, culture, press and publication, radio, film and television, public service industries to regulate the use of the national common language and minority languages.

The language management institutions of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, jointly with the education authorities, carry out the supervision of school language work, and improve the ability of teachers and students to standardize the use of language. Article 11 Under any of the following circumstances, the standardized national common language and minority languages shall be used at the same time; Color, font, size, arrangement and other text specifications shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the people's Government of the autonomous region:

(a) the name of the unit, house number, seal, certificate, official document and letterhead and envelope printed with the name of the unit;

(2) Signboards, advertisements, notices, signboards and propaganda slogans written in words in public places, public facilities and public service industries;

(4) Name, package, instructions, etc. Commodities produced and sold in the autonomous region. Thirteenth normative documents formulated by state organs need to be observed by citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and the national common language and minority languages should be used at the same time. Fourteenth organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, when providing conference materials and simultaneous translation, should be based on the situation of participants, while using the national common language and minority languages; Signs, logos and other Chinese characters shall be standardized in accordance with the relevant provisions of these regulations.
