There are special storage and transportation requirements, except for filling and bulk transportation.

The transfer and transportation of materials must follow the following workflow: 1. The shipper of emergency epidemic prevention materials communicates with the recipient in a consistent manner to determine the type, quantity, shipping and admission time of the materials for transfer and transportation. The recipient should ensure that the materials are one-time use All transfers; 2. The receiving party of emergency epidemic prevention materials submits a transfer application to the headquarters, and the application can be submitted on the website of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce (//swt.hebei.gov.cn); 3. The epidemic prevention materials team provides the information provided by the receiving party of emergency epidemic prevention materials. The relevant information of the sender and recipient shall be registered and reviewed. If the transfer requirements are met, the headquarters will issue a transfer transfer note and send a copy to the Dingzhou Municipal Government; 4. The sender and the receiver will each hold one copy of the transfer transfer note for the shipment of emergency epidemic prevention materials. The party and the receiving party enter the site for transfer at the same time with the paper or electronic (picture) transfer waybill; 5. Enter the transfer operation area and conduct transfer operations in accordance with the "Emergency Material Transfer Station Operation Procedures". 6. In principle, emergency epidemic prevention materials are not allowed to be stored at transfer stations.
