Celebration speech 3 Dear teachers, leaders and dear students:

Today, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of my alma mater, I am honored to attend this celebration. Thanks to my alma mater and teachers for their cultivation! My classmates and I often miss the days and nights we spent here-the nights of teachers, classmates, classrooms, playgrounds, students, farmers and bedding.

From 1973, he entered Sichuan High School and continued to study in our high school from 1976. Our grade is the first grade to take the college entrance examination after the resumption of the college entrance examination. At that time, it was a period of fair competition in education in Chengdu, and it was also a glorious period of the attached middle school. 1977 college entrance examination, 12 participated one year in advance, all of them passed the admission line, and four of them were on the key line. There are less than 200 students in the whole grade, and now there are five students, including Tang Ping, Li Shuguang, Wang Mei and Yi Zheng, who have taught and taught doctoral students in top universities in Europe and America, that is, doctoral tutors in China. In those days, the enrollment rate of college entrance examination was generally less than 2%, and there was no key middle school. It is very proud that 2% of the students in the affiliated middle school can be professors in world-class universities!

Of course, the success of our affiliated middle school is by no means accidental. Here are some examples:

First, the teachers in the attached middle school are of high level. There are many teachers who teach in colleges and universities before or after the attached middle school, such as Yu Shaowu, Liu Guangji, Gao Ji and Deng Yuanxuan. Third, the teachers in the attached middle school know people well and are good at their duties. They really know the students, and they know the students. In middle school, Teacher Xie Chengzhi said that I was suitable for studying mathematics. At that time, he was still young and thought he could learn everything. After reading physics and finance, I found that I have been dealing with mathematics. Now I know that I should actually study mathematics, so that I can give full play to my strengths.

When I was an undergraduate in Peking University and a Ph.D. student at the University of Texas and Stanford University, I felt that the Chinese, mathematics and physics in the attached middle school were comparable to the best middle schools in China and even the world.
