Activity form

1, social activities

Organize volunteers and donors to carry out networking activities with aided students and present Mid-Autumn Festival gifts;

Arrange volunteers to conduct one-on-one interviews with aided students (above grade four), listen to their voices, and give encouragement and help;

3. Home visit

Visit some aided students' homes, and the form of visit can be arranged according to the actual situation.

Institutional division of labor

Organizer (Orphan Aid Association) is responsible for

(1) Make activity plan, expense budget and work plan;

(2) Contact and coordinate relevant parties, including seeking the support and cooperation of the government, news media and relevant co-organizers;

(3) Contact the recipient areas to cooperate with this condolence activity and other related work; Arrange dinner, accommodation, breakfast and lunch for the next day according to our proposed fee standard;

(4) Responsible for contacting various supporting units and organizing donors and volunteers to participate in activities;

(5) Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of the itinerary and venue;

(6) Recruit volunteers and train all participants;

(7) Arrange to purchase insurance for volunteers, donors and business representatives who participate in the activities during the activities.
