Legal basis:

Article 7 A national judicial authentication institution shall meet the following basic conditions: (1) It has been examined and registered by the judicial administrative organ or registered for the record; (two) approved by the laboratory or inspection agency according to law; (three) have the ability to engage in major issues and special complex cases, and have the ability to develop and adopt new methods and technologies for technological innovation; (4) Having a reasonable personnel structure and a certain number of high-quality expert appraisers; (five) the internal rules and regulations are sound, the appraisal quality management system is perfect, and the appraisal work management system is complete; (6) Having advanced and reliable testing equipment and facilities, and the workplace and working environment meet the requirements of relevant standards and specifications; (seven) there are enough business expenses and equipment renewal expenses to meet the needs of the appraisal work; (8) The judicial authentication institution and its appraisers have not been investigated by law or disciplined for subjectively and intentionally issuing false expert opinions and other illegal and disciplinary actions within 10 years.
