Tesla battery department is recruiting talents across the board

Tesla has launched a new subsite to promote hiring for its battery unit, which is growing in both the United States and Germany, where the automaker is building its first full-scale factory.

Now, Tesla has launched a new landing page where people can apply directly to the battery team.

"To achieve the transition to sustainable energy, we must make electric vehicles and energy storage more affordable, while building factories faster and with less investment. The key to this is too Watt-scale battery production and more affordable battery cells, Tesla needs to hire five separate teams for the new battery division.

Currently, the main hiring efforts are in Fremont, where Tesla operates its pilot factory, but Tesla also builds machines for battery production in Canada and Germany.
