Article 4 The administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the municipal and district people's governments is in charge of the management of city appearance and environmental sanitation of this municipality and district, and its main responsibilities are:

(1) To implement the laws, regulations and rules on the management of city appearance and environmental sanitation;

(2) to work out long-term plans and annual plans for city appearance and environmental sanitation;

(3) to manage, supervise and inspect the city appearance and environmental sanitation;

(4) to punish acts in violation of these regulations. Article 5 The people's government of a city shall incorporate the cause of city appearance and environmental sanitation into the national economic and social development plan of the city and organize its implementation.

Chapter II City Appearance Management Article 11 Buildings and facilities in a city shall meet the standards of city appearance stipulated by the state and this Municipality.
