Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban and Rural Planning Law, the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation, the Regulations on the Administration of Jingmen City and other laws and regulations in order to strengthen the management of the facade of urban street buildings, shape the characteristics of the city and enhance the city's taste. The people's government at the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the renovation, maintenance and utilization of the facade of the street building within its jurisdiction. Article 4 The planning department shall be responsible for formulating the style planning of urban building facades and reviewing the design scheme of building facades facing the street.

The urban management department is responsible for the supervision and management of the landscape lighting of the facade of the street-facing building, and jointly with the planning, housing construction and other departments to prepare the special planning of the landscape lighting of the street-facing building, supervise the implementation after approval, and participate in the review of the design scheme of the facade of the street-facing building by the planning department.

Administrative examination and approval, housing construction, letter, market supervision, finance and other departments shall, in accordance with their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the management of the facade of street-facing buildings. Twelfth building awnings should be uniform, neat and beautiful, the height of the bottom from the ground should not be less than 2.5 meters, and the protruding depth should not be greater than 1.2 meters, and it should not interfere with evacuation and rescue channels. The awning should be made of professional flame retardant materials that are compatible with the true colors of the wall. Thirteenth rolling gates on the first floor of a single street building should be kept in uniform color, clean and intact. If the rolling gates are corroded or damaged, they should be repaired in time.

Encourage qualified units and individuals to convert rolling gates into glass doors. Article 14 For new construction and reconstruction projects that are included in the special planning of landscape lighting for street buildings, the construction unit shall design, construct and put into use simultaneously with the main project in accordance with the requirements of the special planning.

The construction unit shall notify the urban management department to participate in the project acceptance. Fifteenth government investment in the construction of street building landscape lighting facilities construction and maintenance management funds should be included in the fiscal budget at the same level.
