1. When the lithium-ion forklift is used for the first time, the battery must be charged deeply. After the green light shows, the charger will continue to charge, and the time is generally controlled within (8 ~ 12) hours.

2. Avoid deep discharge (above 90% capacity) and then discharge, which will damage the lithium battery.

4. When starting, climbing or driving against the wind, pedal should be used for assistance.

3. The undervoltage indicator light of the lithium-ion forklift truck lights up at rest and should be charged in time;

5. Due to the memoryless characteristics of lithium battery, the battery pack should be charged regularly in time after each ride or every day.

6. If the lithium-ion forklift is left for more than two months, the battery pack needs to be fully charged; If it is left for more than 5 months, it needs to be charged and discharged once.

8. The charger used should be completely matched with the lithium battery. Excessive charger current will break through the protection system of lithium battery, resulting in short circuit, which will lead to safety accidents of lithium battery. The charger voltage is too low, the charging efficiency is low, and it takes too much time.

7. Master the correct charging method. First connect the charger and battery pack, and then connect the charger power plug to 220V AC power supply. According to this connection sequence, electric sparks can be avoided when plugging and unplugging the charging plug. When the power is turned on, the charger displays a red indicator light.

9. When the lithium-ion forklift is not in use, turn off the power supply in time, or pull out the battery pack from the battery holder. Because the motor and controller will still consume power under no-load condition.

10, in order to ensure that the lithium battery pack is fully charged, it should be charged at room temperature, so as to ensure a better charging effect of the lithium battery. Do not get wet in the rain or soak in water.
