Cultural activities of Jinan Botanical Garden

In the spring of 27, Jinan Youth League Committee and Jinan Botanical Garden organized Jinan volunteers to plant trees. Representatives from 17 cities in the province are invited to participate in the Expo, which is divided into four college exhibitions: plant sculpture exhibition, bonsai stone appreciation exhibition, photography and calligraphy exhibition and chrysanthemum exhibition. The activities include the exhibition of scientific knowledge of plant leaves, the outdoor experience of getting close to nature and looking for beautiful autumn leaves, the production of leaf stickers, and the question and answer of prize-winning knowledge.

From April to June, 215, Jinan Botanical Garden hosted the National Joint Exhibition of "Rare and Endangered Plants Protection Science Exhibition" sponsored by Beijing Botanical Garden, sponsored by China Botanical Garden Alliance, botanical society of china Botanical Garden Branch and Jinan Urban Landscape Management Bureau. The exhibition selected 36 endangered plants from all over the world for publicity, aiming to popularize the contribution of plants to human beings and the importance of protecting plants.

On June 13th, 215, Jinan Botanical Garden, together with Baidu Encyclopedia Club of Shandong University, held the activity of "Knowing the World from Code-Walking into Jinan Botanical Garden", aiming to publicize the importance of caring for endangered animals and plants and caring for the natural landscape to the whole society. Under the leadership of volunteers from Shandong University and scenic staff of Jinan Botanical Garden, * * * hung new two-dimensional code tree cards for more than 1 kinds of trees, such as Cotinus coggygria, Metasequoia glyptostroboides and Acer mono, and issued two-dimensional code "ID cards" for plants in Jinan Botanical Garden.

Every spring, Jinan Botanical Garden holds the "Spring Hundred Flowers Exhibition", which displays traditional flowers and trees in Jinan area and fine flowers imported from home and abroad. According to the different flowering periods and exhibition areas, theme flower exhibitions such as rape, magnolia, tulip, cherry blossom, elm leaf plum, begonia and peony are formed, and plant science popularization activities are carried out in combination with the flower exhibitions.
