"Literature Tribe", show your vision

? "How much did it pay for this beautiful dream? How much effort did it spend to train its wolf to become the wolf king? It poured all its love into the wolf. All it did I think what is reflected is not the so-called "wolf way", but a kind of brilliance of human nature." Student Weiwei shared her experience of reading "Dream of the Wolf King".

? Welcome to the "Literary Tribe" of classes 〈23〉 and 〈24〉 in the first grade of junior high school! In order to enrich the students' reading life, increase their interest in literature, and appreciate the beauty of literature, we held two "Literary Tribe" activities in our classroom. The activities revolved around the "Six Shows". From preparation activities to classroom presentations, they were carried out in a lively and dramatic manner. The students expressed that they had gained a lot! A small classroom, a big stage, where the joys, sorrows and joys of life can be performed to your heart’s content!

Before the activity, I spent a class explaining the goals and requirements of the activity to the students, including the details of division of labor, scoring rules, content display, etc.

According to the four major literary genres, the class is divided into four major tribes: novel tribe, prose tribe, poetry tribe, and drama (fairy tale) tribe. Of course, each tribe still has to come up with a special name for its tribe. For example, there are Taoyuan tribe, Ruixue tribe, Buddhist tribe, etc. Each tribe has its own special meaning.

First, the tribal chief showed off his literary tribe and revealed the name of his tribe. As expected of a chief, he was calm, calm and articulate when expressing his opinions! The people couldn't help but call him out.

Second show: Show off my speech. Introducing one of this tribe’s favorite writers and one of their favorite works.

The students’ favorite writers include Lin Qingxuan, Zhu Ziqing, Cao Wenxuan, Ding Limei, Bing Xin, etc. Their favorite works include: "Bronze Sunflower", "Pinocchio", "The Little Prince", "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea" "wait.

? The most exciting third show: Show off my performance. That was a lot of laughter!

Elegant version: Revised version of "Jianjia"

The male and female protagonists in the play can be described as "harmonizing the piano and the harp". They want to be affectionate, but unexpectedly a short-circuit occurs and their emotional intelligence cannot keep up...

Acting as a beautiful princess from indoor to outdoor. The King began his performance with "Are you in love?" The plot is not very clear, but the action language makes people laugh.

I also play the role of a king, and this one feels more like me. He shows off his kingly posture by raising his hands! Everyone likes the performance content chosen by this tribe. A small magic trick can make the whole class happy.

The fourth show: Show off my recitation. Each tribe sends a recitation enthusiast to perform recitation on stage, and the recitation works do not need to be in the genre of the tribe. There are the passionate and heroic "About to Enter the Wine", the tear-jerking "Wanting Father to Buy Oranges" in "Back View", and the touching and shocking plot of "The Wolf King's Dream"... The children's reciting voices are loud, plus Appropriate body movements and overall performance is very good. Finally, the teacher will comment and give suggestions. I affirmed the performance of the students and pointed out their shortcomings. During the reading process, there should be eye-to-eye interaction with the audience, and it is best to be completely unscripted. Fifth show: Show off my harvest. Each tribal chief needs to make a summary of this literary activity, from division of labor to cooperation in completing various tasks, what has been done well and what needs to be improved, and the inspiration gained from this activity. Show Six: Show off my excerpt cards and handwritten newspapers. Each tribe completes two excerpt cards and two handwritten newspapers. They are required to be made of A3 cardboard and the content is consistent with the genre and style of the tribe. The results of the students are quite good! Please look at some excerpt cards:

? Look at the children’s handwritten newspapers:

The exciting moment is here! We awarded prizes to tribes that performed well.

? I often tell my students that language is everywhere in life! A student who is good at Chinese is not called good at Chinese just based on a few excellent test papers. It is just a good result in Chinese.

If you want to develop a solid foundation in Chinese language, reading is essential. You can do one or two less papers, and you can wander around in class, but you can't stop reading. "Reading thousands of volumes, writing is like a god"! Chinese classes cultivate the ability to listen, listen, read and write, but for comprehensive learning activities like "Literary Tribe", from activity preparation to presentation, students need to divide work and cooperate, search for information, filter information, role practice, etc. This is It develops students' listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in an all-round way.

? Through this "Literary Tribe" activity, the children have developed a strong interest in literature. I am pleased to see that more and more children like to hold a book and read it with relish. I think we have since planted a seed of literature. In the future, we need to water, fertilize and protect it frequently...

Our "Literary Tribe" will not stop. In the busy study period of the second and third grades of junior high school, we will still hold the third and fourth phases regularly... Reflecting on this event, there are the following areas for improvement:

1. Subject to time Due to the constraints of class tasks, as a Chinese teacher, I gave my students very little guidance on the performance of textbooks, dramas, readings, handwritten newspapers, etc., and I did not give specific method guidance.

2. In the performance of the textbook play, there were fewer students participating in the performance, lack of props, and not enough proficiency in the lines.

3. The reading session lacks music.

? In the next renewal, I still need to mobilize the enthusiasm of the children to participate in the textbook drama, and also guide the tribal chiefs to divide the labor more carefully, such as making props group, soundtrack group, etc. We can make good use of recess time to prepare textbook dramas, invite subject teachers to guide, especially music and art teachers, make good use of all subject resources, closely connect Chinese and various subjects, let us be in this small classroom It deduce the more beautiful splendor of life!

Postscript:

The students’ interest in carrying out the "Literary Tribe" activities was beyond my expectation. There was a gap of two weeks from the preparation of the activity to the actual implementation. I was tired of coping with the big and small tests, and I had to finish the text. I thought the students didn't care, but I didn't know they were still thinking about it. I especially remember that day, when I walked into the classroom of Class 23 with my computer, the whole class burst into warm applause (I entered the classroom late because I was dealing with matters in the next class). I was at a loss, and the electrician teacher enthusiastically took over the computer. I felt happy because it turned out that they were all waiting for me to come over and serve as their host judge.
