The competent forestry authorities at all levels shall include the construction of forest fire prevention facilities and the acquisition of fire prevention equipment in the annual capital construction plan and annual budget arrangement of forestry production, and organize their implementation:

(5) For newly developed forest areas and afforestation in plots, fire-proof forest belts or other fire-proof facilities should be built at the same time, so that planning and construction can be carried out simultaneously, and the local forest fire prevention headquarters or the competent forestry department should be notified to send people to participate in the completion acceptance.
