2. The examination room must strictly follow the technical principles and equipment requirements of computer-assisted examinations, implement work measures, conscientiously maintain equipment, and establish a standard English speaking examination room.

3. It must be ensured that the examination venue has the facilities required for the examination. The servers, switches, printers, and computers used in the examination must be in normal operation. All equipment used for the examination must be properly used before the examination. Perform testing. If there is any abnormality, repair or replace it as soon as possible. Each exam must be equipped with backup servers, network equipment and 10 backup computers.

4. The examination room must be clean and tidy, and must post welcome slogans, examination room distribution maps, instructions for candidates, examination timetables, road signs, etc., and set up a warning line 30 meters away from the examination room.

5. The English speaking test examination room is divided into waiting room, preparation room, test room, etc., and designated personnel are responsible for various tasks.

6. The examination room must be safe, quiet and clean.

7. The test questions are national top-secret materials before they are used. The examination room must be strictly kept in accordance with relevant confidentiality requirements to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the test questions.

8. Except for the examiner and approved examination management personnel, no other personnel are allowed to bring communication tools into the examination venue.

9. The examination room must provide training for the selection and recruitment of examination personnel. It is necessary to select comrades with decent style, serious work, strong discipline and good health to serve as examination administrators. Before the examination, the examination administrators must learn the rules for invigilators, clarify their responsibilities, tasks and division of labor, and familiarize themselves with and master various Regulatory and technical requirements.

10. Safety and security supervision must be strengthened in the examination room. No one is allowed to use communication tools without authorization in the examination room. After the exam, candidates will be arranged to leave the examination room according to the designated route to prevent candidates from cheating, leaking test questions, etc.

11. For candidates whose examinations are interrupted due to abnormal reasons such as computer equipment or network failures, each examination room must record detailed records and patiently explain the examination, and the municipal examination agency will arrange another examination. Candidates scheduled for another exam are not allowed to use the exam papers they have already accessed.

12. After the exam in each time period, each examination room must copy and seal the candidates' test answers and related data to ensure the accuracy and security of the candidates' data.

12. The examination room must abide by the regulations and disciplines of the admissions examination. Favoritism, fraud and fraud are strictly prohibited. Otherwise, students will be severely punished in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination Violations" and relevant regulations.
