The roads in Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Gongshu District, Xihu District and Binjiang District of this Municipality prohibit motor tricycles and other vehicles stipulated by human tricycles and the Municipal People's Government.

First, the motorcycle on the high-speed conditions:

Two, motor vehicle drivers have one of the following acts in violation of the provisions of the highway traffic, punishable by a fine of two hundred yuan:

1, driving a motor vehicle prohibited from entering the expressway;

2, driving below the prescribed minimum speed;

3, motor vehicles driving on the highway, exceeding the prescribed speed of more than 20% and less than 50%.
