Although I doubt it, I have to admit that everything that happened yesterday is still vivid in my mind: from strangeness to familiarity, from familiarity to habit, happiness, confusion and hesitation. These days, I am enjoying happiness in peace, and I am constantly thinking in confusion and hesitation.
Someone once said, "It is not time that makes people mature, but experience." After three and a half months of teaching practice, I don't know whether I have really become more mature than before, but it has really strengthened my belief in teaching and made me understand my obligations and responsibilities as a teacher. In this seemingly long but short three and a half months, I think I have drawn a satisfactory stroke for myself, whether in thought, work or life, my mind is a perfect teaching picture.
First, ideologically: correct attitude, responsibility first.
Some people think that teachers who practice teaching just pass by in a hurry, so they don't have to worry about the teaching effect and pay too much. They just want to spend three and a half months teaching, kill time and finish the task. But I didn't think of myself as a "mobile teacher" from the beginning, but as a formal teacher in our school, because I have my own teacher dream and want to test my strength from practice. Since the school provided me with such a good platform for free, I have reason to do it well. Moreover, although the internship time is short for our teaching teachers, it may not be important, but it is very important for students, and our every move may affect their lives. So I always take my teaching life seriously with the attitude of "responsibility first". I think this is the minimum requirement that a teacher should meet.
Second, work: actively cooperate, teach and educate people.
In terms of work, we mainly deal with two things: on the one hand, we should cooperate with the teachers and leaders of the school to make preparations for various activities organized by the school; On the other hand, it is aimed at students' study life.
Schools in southern Xinjiang are different from those in northern Xinjiang. In addition to teaching, school activities in northern Xinjiang also take up a large part of the time, such as Chinese competitions, math competitions, student works exhibitions, Young Pioneers activities, and moral education on-site meetings. Therefore, the task of teachers working there is quite heavy. Every time we hold a moral education meeting, we always give full play to our advantages, assist teachers, design slogans, run blackboard newspapers, design billboards, teach students to sing and prepare programs.
In teaching, I insist on the viewpoint of "teaching is the main thing, educating people is the auxiliary thing, and I don't give up any aspect".
Let's talk about teaching first. Teaching is not as simple as you think. A good class takes a lot of time and energy. Although the content is simple, you must be able to speak it, so the first thing to do is to carefully design each lesson. Secondly, while I am constantly learning theoretical knowledge, I walk into other teachers' classrooms whenever I have time to learn their teaching skills. By comparison, if you have any shortcomings, or which method is more acceptable to students, you should revise and adopt it according to the actual situation. This can improve their teaching skills quickly.
Primary school teachers have done a very good job in mobilizing the classroom atmosphere, which has been witnessed in many classes I have listened to, so I admire them very much and think it is very important to learn from them. Moreover, it is the first time for us to set foot on a teaching post, and our experience is certainly not as good as that of other teachers who have been engaged in teaching for many years, so it is very necessary to learn from them. We don't need and can't raise our status, and we should also learn with an open mind in teaching. Besides these, there are many things to do in teaching, such as preparing lessons according to students' ideas, making the classroom atmosphere lively and interesting, changing the traditional "cramming" teaching method, taking care of every student as much as possible, and adopting the teacher-student interaction and student-centered teaching method.
