Why does the rookie station in the school refuse to deliver the goods?

1. Get the phone number of the person in charge of the rookie station first, and refuse the name, phone number and express number of the consignee. Send a text message to the person in charge of the rookie station, indicating that the courier will be rejected, as shown below.

2. Or go to my Taobao, find the rejected order, and select the product status: not received, and the reason for refund: I don't like/don't want it.

3. Then submit the application, as shown in the figure below.

4. Wait for the courier to update the courier information to "The package has been rejected and returned".

5. Then contact the merchant's customer service for a refund and wait patiently for the refund to be completed.
