(3) Stop violations of these Measures and other acts that damage forest resources, and promptly report to the local forestry administrative department;

Article 10 In areas closed to mountains and grazing, it is strictly prohibited to engage in the following activities:
(1) Grazing, cutting firewood, and hunting;
(2) Quarrying, sand excavation, mining, and reclamation ;
(3) Moving or destroying signs, boundary stakes and other mountain closure and grazing prohibition facilities;
(4) Other activities prohibited by laws, regulations and rules. Article 11 If the trees in the mountain-closing and grazing-forbidden areas really need to be tended and felled, they must be implemented after review and approval by the county (city) or district forestry administrative department, and reported to the municipal forestry administrative department for record. After the trees are harvested, forestry management units or individuals should replant them in a timely manner and tend them according to the production status of the trees. Article 12 The forestry administrative department shall establish and improve the supervision and inspection system for mountain closures and grazing bans, organize regular inspections and evaluations of mountain closures and grazing bans, and report the results.
Article 13 Violations of these Measures shall be dealt with by the forestry administrative department or the forestry work agency entrusted by it in accordance with the following provisions:

(3) Anyone who violates the provisions of Article 10 (3) shall be ordered to restore the original status and be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 1,000 yuan. Article 14 Any violation of the provisions of these Measures that constitutes a violation of public security management shall be dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with the law; if it constitutes a crime, the judicial organs shall pursue criminal liability in accordance with the law.
