(5) Strengthen the safety work of units directly under the local government. Focus on fire safety, public security and food safety, implement personnel responsibilities, do a good job in education for all staff, ensure the good performance of facilities and equipment, realize the combination of civil air defense and machine defense, professional management and group prevention and control, and effectively improve the level of safety work.

(6) promote the standardization of enterprise safety production.
