What kind of uniform is this?

The uniforms of internal security personnel (also called "economic police") of many large companies are very similar to those of the police. The main difference is the epaulettes. The white horizontal strips on the epaulettes of the economic police are not straight, but V-shaped. or other graphics.

The epaulettes in this picture are really hard to see clearly.

Personally, I think it is the security guard or the police. There are 2 reasons: 1-The fabrics of the clothing and hat are not very good, and they don’t look like regular police uniforms. 2-The sunglasses the person in the picture is wearing are a bit too cool. I’m afraid the police will not wear such sunglasses when dressing up.
