Fuping ecological trust agriculture is the foundation of Fuping rural community development since 2006. In March 2002, Fuping Home Economics School was formally established.

In August 2002, Fuping signed a cooperation agreement with Anhui Poverty Alleviation Office, which marked the beginning of Fuping's "private assistance" model. China's "Leading and Surpassing" was jointly initiated by four institutions that have been engaged in innovative practice in China for a long time and have experience and opinions in this field.
