Currently, the domestic COVID-19 epidemic presents a complex situation with multiple, widespread, and frequent outbreaks, and epidemic prevention and control has entered a critical period. In order to improve rapid emergency response capabilities, in accordance with the city's unified arrangements, the district committee's leading group for coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic operation decided to conduct a district-wide new coronavirus nucleic acid detection drill on March 21.

1. Exercise time and location

Time: March 21, 2022. 7:00 to 22:00 in urban streets and 7:00 to 20:00 in other towns

Location: All nucleic acid testing sampling points set up in the early stages of towns and communities will be conducted. If necessary, mobile sampling points can be set up and door-to-door sampling services can be provided based on the actual situation in the jurisdiction.

2. Scope of the exercise

All permanent residents and floating population within the jurisdiction. The following people do not need to participate in this nucleic acid testing drill:

Children aged 1.0-3 years old.

2. Included are 36 sub-categories of personnel in 10 categories including school teachers, students, employees, and medical and health institution personnel who “should be inspected.”

3. Persons in centralized quarantine, home isolation or home health monitoring.

4. Persons who have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus for less than 48 hours.

3. Precautions

This nucleic acid testing exercise will be specifically organized and implemented by the district committee’s leading group for coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic operation. The production and life of each unit should be subject to the local nucleic acid testing drill arrangements.

There is no charge for this nucleic acid testing exercise.

Residents participating in the nucleic acid testing drill are asked to prepare their ID cards and "electronic health codes" in advance, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner to take samples according to the unified arrangements of the community.

Please refrain from smoking, drinking alcohol and chewing gum 30 minutes before sampling; try to avoid eating 2 hours before sampling.

Residents participating in the nucleic acid testing drill are asked to follow the instructions of the on-site staff, line up in a civilized and orderly manner, maintain a safe distance of one meter, wear masks throughout the process, and take personal protection. Please leave immediately after sampling and do not stay at the sampling site for a long time.

Special groups such as the elderly, the weak, the sick, pregnant women, infants and young children will be given priority for sampling. For those with limited mobility, mobile sampling staff will provide door-to-door sampling services. Please contact the community staff in advance for yourself or other family members. .

This nucleic acid test will not issue a written report. If no notification is received after sampling, the test result will be considered negative. After sampling, be sure to keep the voucher or label issued by the sampling point, which will be used as a voucher for entering and exiting the community.

If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not go to the nucleic acid testing sampling point for all employees. On the premise of taking personal protection, go to the nearest fever clinic in a timely manner and avoid taking the bus* **Transportation.

This nucleic acid testing exercise is a real-life training. Residents are requested to pay attention to the release of official authoritative information, do not spread rumors, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, and jointly maintain good order for epidemic prevention and control. Anyone who interferes with or hinders sampling and testing, or maliciously spreads false pictures, videos and remarks, causing serious social impact, will be held strictly accountable in accordance with the law.
