How to use absolutely environmentally friendly ocean energy?

Ocean energy refers to all kinds of renewable energy contained in seawater, which belongs to clean energy and has little impact on environmental pollution. The ocean receives, stores and releases energy through various physical processes, which exist in the ocean in the form of tides, waves, temperature differences, salinity gradients and ocean currents. It mainly includes temperature difference energy, tidal energy, wave energy, tidal energy, ocean current energy, salt difference energy and so on. At present, the development and utilization of ocean energy in the world has begun to take shape.

Wave power generation. At present, navigation buoys and lighthouses at sea have been illuminated by electric power generated by wave generators. Large wave generator sets have also come out. China is also conducting research and experiments in wave power generation, and has made a power generation device for navigation lights.

Tidal power generation. At present, the largest tidal power station in the world is the Longs Estuary Power Station on the English Channel in northern France, with a power generation capacity of 240,000 kilowatts, which has been in operation for more than 30 years. At present, the largest tidal power station in China is Jiangxia Power Station, which has been operating normally for nearly 20 years. The power station was built on the basis of 1974 original "July 1st" pond reclamation project. Six units have been installed successively, and the single unit capacity ranges from 500 kW to 700 kW. The last unit was put into operation in June 2007. At present, the total installed capacity is 3900 kilowatts, making it the third largest tidal power station in the world. Besides Jiangxia Power Station, there are seven tidal power stations in operation in China, including Haishan Tidal Power Station, Shashan Tidal Power Station and Pingtan Tidal Power Station in Fujian.

At present, the utilization level of temperature difference energy, ocean current energy and salt difference energy in all countries in the world is relatively low, and there is a large room for development. In the future urban development, especially in coastal cities, people's focus on energy development will gradually shift to this aspect. With the continuous development of technology, these energy sources will be gradually developed and utilized, and ocean energy will surely become a long-term important clean energy for mankind.
