What does the judicial police do?

The judicial police is a police subordinate to the judicial organs, and assists judicial personnel in judicial activities according to laws and orders. Including the judicial police of the people's procuratorate and the judicial police of the people's court.

According to the organization law of the people's court and the regulations on judicial police of the people's court, the judicial police of the people's court include

(1) Maintaining the trial order;
