How to operate before gas cutting ignition, and what are the three valves responsible for?

1, first slightly open the oxygen valve and acetylene valve.

3. Adjust the flame power and flame properties to neutral flame.

4. Preheat the workpiece until the cut part is red.

5. Open the cutting air valve and cut the steel plate immediately after melting.

6. When closing, turn off the high gas first, then turn off the acetylene, and finally turn off the oxygen mixing valve.

Functions of the three valves:

The front valve regulates oxygen, the rear valve regulates acetylene gas (or liquefied gas), and the middle valve regulates mixed gas, namely oxygen and acetylene gas. The valve opens counterclockwise and closes clockwise.
