We will continue to carry out supervision and inspection of fees charged by primary and secondary schools, focusing on rectifying excessive teaching materials and supplementary materials and illegal class training, and further standardize school-running behaviors. We will seriously investigate and deal with issues such as cheating in college entrance examinations, cheating and extra points in violation of regulations, and other issues that the public has strongly complained about, so as to maintain educational fairness. Deepen the management of unhealthy practices in the purchase and sale of medicines and medical services. Cooperate with relevant departments to standardize the new rural cooperative medical system and establish a province-wide centralized drug procurement and trading platform. All non-profit medical institutions at or above the county level in the province will participate in the centralized drug bidding and procurement. Efforts will be made to resolve issues that harm the interests of the masses in areas such as food and drug safety, land acquisition, house demolition, enterprise restructuring, and wage payment for migrant workers. We attach great importance to production safety and environmental protection, coordinate and supervise relevant departments to carry out special projects such as Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tanxiang environmental control, pollution control in the Xiangjiang River Basin, and the closure of paper-making polluting enterprises in the Dongting Lake area, and deal with a number of major safety responsibilities such as the collapse of the Tuojiang Bridge in Fenghuang County. (4) Effectively strengthen the education and supervision of leading cadres.
