Word, Excel, how to print tables? Every page has a title.

Word operation steps

Open Word to make a table, as shown in the figure below. When there is a lot of data, the title line of each page is on the back page.

Quickly add a header row to each page in the table: click the header row, and the cursor is in the header row, then click the Layout tab, and finally click Copy Header Row.

Open Excel, make tables,

Print preview, we can see that there is no title line after the second page.

Quickly add a header row to each page in the table (the following steps): Click Page Layout, and then click Print Header Row to open the Page Setup dialog box.

The previous step can also be realized when printing. Click Print, and then click Page Setup to open the Page Setup dialog box.
