1. Rural prevention and control teams will take the lead in each town office for nucleic acid testing and sampling, and urban prevention and control teams will take the lead in urban areas. Each town office and community unit is specifically responsible for setting up sampling points, organizing mass mobilization, and providing logistical support during the sampling period.

2. During the period of nucleic acid testing and sampling, all enterprises and institutions in the city will stop working and implement controls on motor vehicles. They will return to normal after the sampling is completed.

3. Residents are requested to actively cooperate and follow the arrangements of the staff. Anyone who refuses to cooperate, disrupts order, conceals information, makes false reports, or falsifies information will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

4. Please take personal protection during the sampling period, wear a mask throughout the process, do not talk or gather, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter. When testing, please show the "Shaanxi Health Code" in advance or bring your resident ID card to take samples in an orderly manner. Leave quickly after sampling is complete.

5. Special groups such as those in home quarantine, health monitoring personnel, and those within 48 hours of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine are prohibited from going to sampling points to collect samples.
