According to the requirements of Changsha Municipal Health and Wellness Commission, in 2022, we will continue to carry out cancer screening for school-age women in this district. It is hoped that through the screening of two cancers and the investigation and treatment of women's diseases, the prevalence of reproductive tract infection, cervical cancer and breast cancer of school-age women will be continuously reduced, and the awareness of protecting their own health will be improved.

The following are guidelines for screening for two cancers in 2022 in Xiangya Road Community Health Service Center in Kaifu District:

"Two cancers" screening objectives:

Women aged 35-64 who are registered at Xiangya Road in Kaifu District or have obtained residence permit for Xiangya Road (within the validity period of residence permit). Two cancer screening takes three years as a cycle, and school-age women can only enjoy two cancer screening for free once in the cycle.

Screening items: routine leucorrhea, gynecological examination, breast color Doppler ultrasound and cervical human papillomavirus examination.

Among them, those who are positive for breast cancer screening will receive mammography for free; Those who are positive for cervical cancer screening will receive cervical cytology (TCT), colposcopy and pathological examination free of charge according to the requirements of the project.

Precautions:

1, women aged 35-64, please hold the household registration of Xiangya Road in Kaifu District or obtain the original and copy of the residence permit of Xiangya Road in Kaifu District (the residence permit is within the validity period) to participate in the two cancer screening;

2. Avoid using vaginal suppositories or sexual life three nights before the examination, and do not take a bath or clean the vagina before the examination.

This examination must avoid menstrual period. Menstrual women should come to the center after 3 days of clean menstruation.

4. Women should not participate after induced abortion and within 42 days after delivery, which will affect the screening results.

If the test result is abnormal, the center doctor will call you. Please keep your valid phone number so as to inform you of further inspection in time.

Inspection time: all day from Monday to Friday, normal working hours on Saturday morning, and rest on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and national legal holidays.
