Who founded Sanda?

Sanda was not founded by someone, but a fighting technique accumulated by the ancestors of China people.

In the long process of historical evolution, the names of Wushu unarmed combat forms have been recorded in words and circulated among the people. In ancient times, it was called "beating" because it was carried out on the platform in the form of freehand phase angle. Now it's called Sanda, also called Sanshou.

During the Republic of China, Wushu unarmed combat was called "Sanshou", which was widely used among the people and has been used ever since.

1949 After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), with the popularization and development of Wushu, Sanshou is also favored by Wushu lovers, and more and more people practice Sanshou. 1953165438+10 At the national sports performance and competition conference held in Tianjin in October, Sanshou was listed as a competition event. Since then, the state has only regarded routine as the focus of Wushu promotion, performance and competition, and Sanshou is still circulating among the people. Until March 1979, the State Sports Commission decided to list Sanshou as an experimental event in competitive competition. In May of the same year, Sanshou performed a tentative performance at the National Wushu Observation and Exchange Conference held in Nanning. 1980 was included in the "National Wushu Competition Exhibition". In order to respect the historical evolution, the word "Sanshou", as the official name of Wushu unarmed confrontation, has been used to this day.
