Where is Tunxihe Street?

Tunxi River Street, located on Binjiang Road, Tunxi, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, is a cultural and tourism block that is being intensively completed and planned to open on May Day.

He Street is surrounded by mountains to the north and water to the south, with a total length of 1,272 meters, the best part of which is 853 meters, and a width of 5 to 8 meters. It includes 1 straight street, 3 horizontal streets and 18 alleys. The entire street is composed of more than 300 Hui-style buildings built in different years. It is distributed in a fish-frame shape, narrow in the west and wider in the east.

Because Tunxi Old Street is located at the confluence of the Hengjiang River, Lushui River and Xin'an River, it is also known as the flowing "Riverside Scene during Qingming Festival". Tunxi Binjiang Road Cultural Tourism District, currently Huangshan City Wentou is tentatively named He Jie Li. The previous part of this area was Laohe Street. Laohe Street was connected with Tunxi Old Street and Back Street (now Yan'an Road and the backing part), forming a complete historical commercial composition.

Based on the Ming Dynasty pavilion style, the main body of the pavilion is decorated with traditional crafts such as Ruyi tiles, copper fengduo, and sintered turtles as backbone beasts.

The roof is covered with blue tiles in the ancient way, with three pieces on the eaves and five exposed, and three pieces on the ridge root, seven exposed and three exposed, continuing the historical techniques of ancient Huizhou architecture.
