Grammatical division of the meaning of symbolic slogans

When quotation marks contain a complete sentence and end the whole sentence with quotation marks, punctuation marks such as periods and exclamation points should be used in quotation marks to end the sentence. After using a period in quotation marks, there is no need to add a period outside the quotation marks.

For example:
