Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 Schools shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be responsible for formulating enrollment policies and deciding on major issues in enrollment work. The school supervision department supervises the enrollment work.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Schools recruit full-time undergraduate and junior college students for the whole country. According to the school development plan and considering the social needs and the employment situation of graduates, the enrollment plan is formulated by provinces and majors and submitted to the Ministry of Education for approval and filing. Article 10 The school cooperates with Universities of Applied Sciences, North Hesse on 90 undergraduate education projects. The specific enrollment plan and enrollment batches by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the relevant provincial admissions office.

Article 11 Vocational education in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province shall be enrolled by separate examinations (hereinafter referred to as "enrollment by separate examinations for students from three schools"). Article 13 The target of directional training and recruitment of non-commissioned officers is ordinary high school graduates who will take the national unified college entrance examination in 2020. Article 14 Candidates majoring in flight technology must take part in flight enrollment, physical examination and background investigation in civil aviation colleges and universities in accordance with the Implementation Measures for Recruiting Flight Students in Flight Technology Major in Colleges and Universities (CAAF [2019] No.75), and only after passing the examination can they enter the examination.

Fifteenth requirements for the health of candidates (excluding candidates who apply for directional training of non-commissioned officers and flight technology majors) shall be implemented with reference to the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions. Article 16 Candidates shall, in principle, give priority to their scores, follow their wishes, and determine their major of admission from high score to low score.
