What will happen to veterans who don't go to adaptive training?

Retired soldiers will be punished if they do not participate in adaptive training. Adaptive training is inevitable. After two to five days, the local government will concentrate on the retired soldiers of that year, keep abreast of the local economic and social development, understand the local policies on retired resettlement, integrate into the society as soon as possible, and smoothly realize the transformation of identity, role and occupation.
