Description of angel teaching project

At this stage, "angel teaching" mainly includes the following items:

1. "Angel Education" rural education plan is a voluntary service activity aimed at the education of rural teenagers, especially left-behind children, with long-term rural compulsory education as the core content (the current key implementation project);

2. The "Angel Education" growth partner program is a voluntary service activity for the growth of children and adolescents from urban floating special families;

3. "Angel Teaching" Youth Growth Training Camp is an experiential public welfare activity for urban and rural families.

In order to raise funds to promote the smooth implementation of public welfare projects related to angel education, the Angel Education Fund (Public Offering of Fund) is specially established. "Angel's Teaching in Rural Areas" is a public welfare project initiated by Mengchuang Public Welfare on June 5438+ 10, 2007, aiming at providing long-term voluntary services for the healthy growth of left-behind children in rural areas. The main content is to openly recruit public figures and college students nationwide every semester to form a compulsory teaching team. After professional training, go to remote mountain primary and secondary schools verified in advance to carry out long-term relay volunteer service.

During the compulsory education activities, the following support services will be implemented:

1. Coordinate all sectors of society to provide hardware support for rural schools, and seek more urban schools to establish hand-in-hand relationship with rural teaching points.

2, regularly invite urban cooperative primary and secondary schools to send outstanding teachers to the teaching school to guide the teaching work of volunteers, and at the same time carry out classroom teaching exchange activities with local teachers.

3. Arrange professional left-behind children's growth psychology teachers and experts to do research in different rural teaching schools, summarize and formulate solutions to the growth problems of left-behind children in different regions and structures, and provide targeted training for teaching volunteers.

4. Take advantage of winter and summer holidays and legal holidays, and introduce social resources to carry out winter and summer vacation experiences for rural left-behind children and rural teacher training activities.

At present, the "rural angel teaching" project is mainly based on the poverty-stricken areas in Xiangxi, Hunan Province, and develops primary schools in remote mountainous areas in Xiangxi at a fixed point, and at the same time radiates to neighboring provinces such as Guangxi and Guizhou. In the spring semester of 20 13, there were 23 rural schools providing education, and more than 300 relay volunteers were sent to 38 remote mountain schools. After the model is perfect and the conditions are ripe, rural education in remote areas in the central and western regions such as Yunnan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang will be gradually opened. The "Angel Teaching" growth partner program is a public welfare activity implemented by Mengchuang Public Welfare (Changsha Mengchuang Public Welfare Cultural Development Center) for the healthy growth of urban teenagers, especially the children of migrant workers (migrant children) and other special youth groups. The project mainly implements the following contents:

1, mainly through the recruitment of social and college students volunteers, after certain training, as "growth partners", we regularly carry out academic counseling, spiritual care, family companionship, interpersonal communication and self-care education for students from special families (children of single-parent families, children of migrant workers and other special families) studying in cities.

2, the use of social and government resources to set up community youth activity centers (stations), equipped with some necessary tables and chairs, books, game equipment and other facilities, to become a fixed place for related teenagers to carry out activities on a regular basis.

3. Establish youth growth clubs, and regularly carry out family education salons and various parent-child interaction activities with the participation of students, parents and volunteers. "Angel Teaching" Youth Growth Training Camp is an experiential activity aimed at promoting the healthy growth of urban teenagers.

Through the field experience activities in urban and rural areas, this activity gives urban students and students in mountainous areas of western Hunan a brand-new opportunity to exercise and grow together. By studying and living with local students in mountainous areas, urban students can experience the hardships of local students' study and exercise their self-care ability. And with the corresponding group counseling courses, let them cherish the current learning environment and enhance their understanding of their parents.

Children in poor areas can learn good study habits of urban students through a short life with urban children. Through activities, we will convey the care of urban families, schools and society for rural education, constantly help poor mountain schools get out of the predicament, and strive to shorten the gap between urban and rural education.

At this stage, the following activities are mainly carried out:

1, rural experience class activities organized in the spring and autumn semester;

2. Interactive experience between urban and rural areas in winter and summer vacation.

After each growth training camp, city campers, parents and volunteers can join the "Angel Education" Youth Healthy Growth Club and continue to participate in other youth growth-related activities.
