Smoking is one of the important factors that endanger human health. We have also incorporated the anti-smoking work into the spiritual civilization of the unit and carried out a series of activities around the standards for smoke-free units, achieving good results.

1. Implement the spirit and achieve *** consciousness

First, we conducted a special discussion around "Carrying out activities to create a smoking-free unit". Cadres and employees are unanimously aware that banning smoking is also an integral part of spiritual civilization and should seize the opportunity to carry out it seriously.

Secondly, health education activities were used to comprehensively and systematically convey the standards for creating smoking-free units. A smoke-free environment should be created so that everyone can work healthily in a pollution-free environment, so that some smokers in the bureau and agencies can get rid of the harm of smoking as soon as possible, and carry out tobacco control work in a solid and effective manner.

2. Establish a tobacco control leading group, with the director as the leader, the deputy director as the deputy leader, and the members are the heads of various departments. Clarify their respective work responsibilities, check the implementation from time to time, do the work in a timely manner, and ensure that the creation activities are carried out in an orderly manner.

3. Use various channels such as health education activities, bulletin boards, and radio to carry out extensive publicity and education on the harmful effects of smoking on health, so that creating a smoke-free unit becomes a conscious action of cadres and employees.

4. In order to urge smokers to quit as soon as possible and strive to reach the standard of smoke-free units as soon as possible, the tobacco control leading group issued a proposal to "create a smoke-free unit" and a "smoke-free department" agreement to cadres and employees.

5. Promote scientific knowledge that smoking is harmful to health, and do our best to persuade smokers to quit smoking. In order to popularize tobacco knowledge education, improve cadres, workers and the people's understanding of the country's tobacco control work, we must actively publicize, stay away from the harm caused by tobacco, and actively participate in smoking cessation and tobacco control activities. In accordance with the deployment and requirements of the event, our bureau carried out extensive and in-depth publicity activities for "World No Tobacco Day". On the morning of May 31, an on-site publicity and consultation activity on tobacco control and smoking cessation was organized and carried out on the World No Tobacco Day in the courtyard of the Education Bureau. Promotional materials were distributed, "Tobacco is as deadly as water and fire, and tobacco control and compliance can save lives." It has received good social effects. . We call on all cadres, workers and the masses to be clean and self-disciplined, stay away from tobacco, and learn healthy lifestyle and hygiene habits.

After continuous efforts, the anti-smoking and tobacco control activities in our unit have been carried out healthily and normally, and have achieved obvious results.
