I have investigated the deeds of Lu, an anti-Japanese veteran in southern Henan, and I really admire this anti-Japanese veteran, because this anti-Japanese veteran has written the spirit of loyal service to the country all his life. No matter how the years change, his initial heart for the country remains unchanged. But I have never asked the country for anything. I live an optimistic and strong life by virtue of my self-reliance. When I finished reading Lu's anti-Japanese deeds, I personally admired him very much. Because many unsung heroes are like Lu, after fulfilling their promises, many people choose to return to their hometown and become ordinary people instead of taking credit for themselves. This spirit of dedication to the motherland is an example of our times.

Lu is the first-hand witness of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression as well as the founding of New China. In the older generation, we can see too many places where human nature shines. They may not be so rich in this life, but their spirit is very rich. Just like the protectors of our time, they build loyalty with their lives when they are young, return to their hometown after fulfilling their commitment to the motherland, and strive to build their own country with their own practical actions. They are heroes in the hearts of the people.
