The College of Humanities of Northeast Normal University is a private institution of higher learning at the undergraduate level. College was founded in 1988, formerly known as Jilin Foreign Language and Culture Exchange Center. In February 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the College of Humanities of Northeast Normal University was formally established.
