Four, it is strictly prohibited to engage in relations, greeting, series or cliques to engage in unfair campaign activities;

Five, it is strictly prohibited to use false accusations, rumors, slander and other means to frame or slander others, or fabricate and spread gossip to disrupt the general work.

6. It is strictly prohibited to forge identity certificates, forge damaged ballots, destroy and rob ballot boxes, impact the venue and other acts that interfere with and undermine the normal conduct of the general election;

Seven, it is strictly prohibited to incite others to stir up trouble or to the higher authorities unreasonable, interfere with the election;

Eight, it is strictly prohibited for state organs, enterprises and institutions in party member cadres and staff to return to their hometowns to interfere with village-level organization elections;

Nine, it is strictly prohibited to spend money, privately divide public funds, indiscriminate subsidies and bonuses, arbitrary disposal of collective assets, the preparation of false account books;

Ten, it is strictly prohibited not to hand in the seal, account books, files, after the handover work.
