7. When lifting the ladle and scrap bucket, it is necessary to check the two side shafts and make sure that they have been hung up before directing the operation.

8. When placing the ladle, the ground must be flat, and the legs of the ladle must be confirmed to be intact. Only after the ladle is put away can it be ordered to unhook.

9. It is strictly prohibited to hang scrap steel and other sundries outside the scrap bucket. After the external storage is cleaned, it can be lifted and operated.

10. The metal level of ladle and molten steel ladle should be lower than 300mm along the ladle.

15. It is forbidden to put anything on the fire-fighting equipment and air respirator, and there is a special person to look after it. Loss, damage and unreasonable use are strictly prohibited.

Safety operation procedures for foreman on duty

1. Seriously publicize and implement the safety policy formulated by the company and the factory department to ensure the smooth progress of security team and production.

2. When entering the production site, the labor protection dress must be safe and reliable, and drinking is strictly prohibited in and before class.

3. Abide by the rules and regulations of production safety, and immediately stop illegal and risky operations, and conduct criticism and education.

4. Seriously implement the responsibility system for production safety, solve problems in time when found, and solve problems without procrastination or leaving a tail.

5. Seriously implement the "five simultaneities" system and adhere to the "four misses" of accidents.

6. When commanding the crane to lift, the personnel on the platform shall be informed to pay attention to safety.

7. It is forbidden to command the crown against regulations.
