——Impressions after listening to Teacher Lu Qin’s lecture

At nine o’clock this morning, Dengfeng Zhongzhou Huading In the lobby of the building, the Henan Province Parent-School Mental Health Instructor Advanced Training Class has officially begun!

The first person to give us a wonderful lecture was Teacher Lu Qin. She is my idol, and it is necessary for me to solemnly introduce her here:

Lu Qin, female, born in September 1948, from Beijing, senior editor, chief education expert of China Children's Press and Publishing Corporation , former editor-in-chief, the famous "intimate sister". Executive director of the Chinese Family Education Society and member of the expert committee of the China Care for the Next Generation Working Committee. She has long hosted the "Intimate Sister" column of "China Youth Daily". At the age of 52, she founded the magazine "Intimate Sister" and served as the director of the magazine's editorial board. He has won the "Taofen Journalism Award", the highest award for journalists in China, and the "China Naito International Parenting Award", and has been awarded "China's Outstanding Citizen in the Protection of Minors", "National Outstanding Children's Worker", and "National March 8th Red Flag Bearer" title. His books "Written to Young Mothers" and "Being a Person and Doing Things" won the "Five Ones" Project Award, and "Written to Parents of the Century" won the "China Book Award".

When Teacher Lu Qin came on stage, the audience burst into applause. I clearly saw that she was being helped up to the stage by a teacher, and she was walking tremblingly. But as soon as she opened her mouth, she was full of airs. She didn't look like an old man in her seventies! During the entire 100-minute lecture, Teacher Lu Qin did not sit still and did not take a sip of water during the lecture. When my legs feel sleepy, I hold the podium with my hands and speak to everyone. Just standing for 100 minutes is a kind of spirit! A spirit of reverence for the profession!

During the lecture, Teacher Lu Qin shared several real cases with us. These cases are all children she has followed and provided psychological counseling for a long time. Several children now call her mother. Among them, the one that impressed me the most was that in 2000, Xu Li, a middle school student in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, beat his mother to death with a hammer because he could not bear the academic competition and the pressure from his parents. When this incident happened, Teacher Lu Qin visited Xu Li in the detention center and gave him books, psychological follow-up and counseling for almost 20 years, and helped him a lot at work. Now Xu Li is married, has children, and has a stable job. , living a happy life. This incident brought tears to my eyes! Xu Li's student days were unfortunate due to his mother's suppression in every possible way. But how lucky he was to meet Teacher Lu Qin! If he had not met Teacher Lu Qin, what state would he be in now? I dare say that I am definitely not as happy as I am now.

In my teaching work, there are actually many case problems worthy of my long-term follow-up research. In the future, we should also learn from Teacher Lu Qin in this regard and become a teacher who knows how to do research and can persist in research.

Teacher Lu Qin is a teacher who knows how to interact with others. At the beginning, she conducted a small hand-raising survey: if your children are in kindergarten, please raise your hands, if your children are in elementary school, please raise your hands, if your children are in middle school, please raise your hands... These questions may seem of little value, but they are Let us see that the issue of children's education concerns thousands of families and everyone present. This kind of interaction also made the atmosphere extremely lively.

Next, Teacher Lu Qin asked everyone to follow her movements and shout loudly: "Okay! Okay! Okay! Great! Yeah!" Under her leadership, all the students once again shouted the slogan loudly: "Great, great! You are great! You are a good role model for us!" "... Such slogans, shouted loudly in the conference venue, brought righteous thoughts to everyone and spread positive energy. I think this kind of interaction is also suitable for our usual classroom teaching. Let’s apply what we have learned and practice more when we go back.

Mother’s education cannot be ignored.

In Teacher Lu Qin’s lecture, she talked about her mother many times: Teacher Lu Qin told many things about her mother. Although her mother did not leave a fortune to her children in her life, she did leave them with a positive and optimistic attitude. Attitude towards life, respect for others’ noble personality, appreciation of others and many other wealth, this is the real wealth! It can be seen from this that some parents are not aware of how important the mother's leading role is in the growth of their children. In the past few years, I have also read some books on family education and learned from the educator Suhomlinsky’s practices in parent-schooling. I also joined the Luoyang Women’s Federation family education lecturer group and met a large number of teachers like Zhang Qiaoling, Teacher Wang Junxia is also a loving teacher, and they are all role models for me to learn from. Today's study is to grow myself, and I also hope to use my humble power to awaken more parents and let them learn more scientific tutoring methods.

Teacher Lu Qin is old, but has a super memory. In the lecture this morning, she did not use any courseware, but she clearly remembered the framework and items of the lecture, which really impressed me.

The theme of today’s lecture by Teacher Lu Qin is “Let Every Child Be Wonderful”, in which he tells us about the four powers that make children bloom wonderfully: the power of affirmation, the power of love, and the power of goals and dreams. The power of strength and optimism has given me a lot of gains.

In the future, I will definitely apply the theoretical methods I learned from Teacher Lu Qin into practice, so that more children and more families will feel happy because of my existence!
