Notice on Negative Certificate of Nucleic Acid Detection in Public Places

In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our district and timely investigate the potential risks of epidemic situation, according to the requirements of national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control, our district conducts routine nucleic acid screening for all employees once a week, and requires residents to actively participate in nucleic acid testing according to the requirements of wearing masks, two rice lines and not gathering, so as to ensure that all employees do not miss one household and one person, and to conduct comprehensive testing.

In order to build a strong defense line for group prevention and control and protect the hard-won achievements in epidemic prevention and control, the "Hebei Health Code" has been put into use within 7 days. If it is not detected on time, a code prompt will be given, and the health code cannot be used normally. From May 30th, anyone who enters the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, shopping malls and supermarkets, farmers' markets, restaurants and accommodation, medical institutions, pharmacies and scenic spots, libraries, museums, chess and cards rooms, Internet cafes, bars, KTV, cinemas, sports venues, public bathrooms, barbershops, beauty salons and other crowded places in our district will take buses, taxis and internet taxis. If the negative certificate of nucleic acid test cannot be provided within 7 days or the certificate is overdue, it is not allowed to enter public places and take public transportation.

It is an important means to find the epidemic risk early and ensure social stability, and it is also a necessary measure for residents to manage their own health. Please understand and trust the residents, give full support, take the initiative to participate, take the initiative to detect and cooperate with the inspection, build a defense line for mass prevention and control, and protect the hard-won achievements in epidemic prevention and control.
