The school’s three-review and three-school system and its implementation

The school's system of three reviews and its implementation:

1. Three reviews - the manuscript is initially reviewed by the editor in charge, reviewed by the director of the editorial office, and final reviewed by the editor-in-chief (deputy editor-in-chief).

2. The purpose is to provide manuscripts that meet the requirements of "Qi, Qing and Ding" and submit them to the publishing department for publishing and sorting.

3. Three proofreadings - When the manuscript is sent out for proofing, it will be proofread by the photographer first, and then the first proof will be sent to the proofreading room for proofreading.

4. The proofreaders usually check the first and second proofs together (by different people).

5. After the initial proof has been proofread twice, it is called the "first proof".

6. A proof will be produced after being modified by the layout staff, and handed over to the proofreading room for the third proofreading.

7. In accordance with the provisions of the "Book Quality Assurance System", after the third proofreading by the proofreader, the responsible proofreader shall be responsible for the textual and technical arrangement of the proofs, supervise and inspect the quality of each proof, and be responsible for pre-printing read-through work.

8. Except for key books, the proofs after the third proofreading by many publishing houses actually become the final proofs.

9. The new proof that comes out after the final proof has been “corrected” by the editing staff is the proof proof.
