Waterproof code for cable wall sealing in civil air defence basement

The first is the plugging of the wall water casing.

First of all, before putting the pipeline into the casing, the sundries and rust in the casing should be removed first, and the pipe wall should be coated with antirust paint. After the antirust paint dries, the pipeline can pass through the casing, and the slope of the pipeline and the support and hanger can be adjusted and fixed before plugging.

2. Rinse the pipe wall with clear water to ensure that the pipe wall is wet, then fill it with fine stone concrete (mixed with 12% American expansive agent) to the middle of the casing, and vibrate it up and down, left and right.

The third and second plugging should be carried out from the outside of the wall, and the method is the same as the first plugging.

Finally, plug the wall from the inner surface for the third time.

The second is the waterproof plugging of cable and pipeline through-wall holes.

1. First, fill the middle 2/3 part of the casing with hemp fiber or fireproof cotton, and fill it on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the pipeline.

2. When the cable directly passes through the casing, the sundries and rust in the casing should be removed first, and antirust paint should be painted on the pipe wall. After the antirust paint dries, the cable can pass through the casing, and the cable can be blocked after it is laid and fixed.

3. Fill the inner and outer sleeves of the wall with fireproof mortar. After filling, make the sleeve outside the cable to 15cm, make the inclined head with resin and flame retardant, then make the sleeve and fireproof mortar into large and small heads and cables with insulating oil paper and waterproof tape, and then proceed to the next process.

4. When the cable conduit passes through the casing, the plugging method is the same as that of the wall-penetrating water casing.
