IV. Places where it is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers. All grade A and B fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited from being set off (the outer packaging of regular fireworks and firecrackers products is marked A, B, C, D class).

6. Regulations on Fireworks Discharge: Organizing fireworks parties and large-scale display activities must be approved by the public security department of the public security agency and obtain a "Fireworks Discharge Permit".

7. Safety matters for setting off fireworks and firecrackers during the permitted period. 8. Management and Punishment of Fireworks and Firecrackers Any unit or individual violates these regulations by lighting fireworks and firecrackers at a time or place where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, or endangering public safety and personal and property safety.
