What is one card and two lists?

"One Card" refers to the monitoring card, which is a card made for poor households to record their basic situation, policy enjoyment, assistance measures and other information. Green, red, orange, and yellow monitoring cards are set up and produced for the four categories of personnel. The cards detail the basic family situation of each type of personnel, the policies they have enjoyed, the assistance measures that need to be implemented, and the pairing of cadres. The “two lists” refer to the work list for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and the work list for rural revitalization and development, which are used to record the results of poverty alleviation work and the next work plan. The "one card, two lists" management method can more comprehensively understand the situation of poor households, formulate more targeted poverty alleviation plans, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of poverty alleviation work.
