August 13, this summer vacation, I finally waited for the notice to start social practice activities in Futian. Fukuda's name was heard when I was studying in the vocational education center. At that time, I just enrolled in the mechanical major, and I was full of yearning and longing for the mechanical industry. When teachers give lectures, they often talk about some industry giants. At that time, Fukuda's name was buried in my heart and became my motivation to study. I secretly decided to become the elite of the machinery giants, although the idea at that time seems so young now. But based on this idea, I studied hard, passed the corresponding higher vocational college entrance examination, came to the university I miss so much, and came to a place where I can realize Futian dream through my own efforts.

I never thought I could get in touch with Fukuda so early and feel it. In my impression, Futian is a bit unattainable, and this feeling is more obvious after I came to the university and had more sources. Because of this, I am very grateful to the teachers and classmates who arranged this activity. Because of their hard work and selfless dedication, I can gain a lot this summer vacation.

Sixty-three students participated in the activity, including five female students. Several other female students and I were arranged in Futian Heavy Industry Staff Apartment. Most of the old employees call it Hualong, and the boys are arranged in another apartment called Yinlong. There is a remarkable feature in the apartment: some cultural concepts and slogans of Futian Heavy Industry have been properly posted on the wall. "Technology drives progress, quality creates advantages", "Committed to humanity drives modern life", "Doing things with enthusiasm and making products with heart", "Everything is related to the survival of enterprises, and everyone is the image of the company" and so on. Later, it was found that not only the apartment style, but also the workshops and restaurants were labeled with this corporate culture concept. This also made me realize that corporate culture is a direction and a driving force to enter the hearts of employees. The reason why Fukuda became bigger and stronger, from 1998 to now, is that it has a good grasp of corporate culture. Every year, newly recruited college students have half a month's military training, one month's training and two months' internship. Training is to impart Fukuda's cultural concept to college students.

The full name of Futian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is Futian Lovol International Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., which consists of four products: Futian Ou Li, Futian Opel, Futian Gushen and Futian Wuxing. Futian Ou Li is a construction machine, Futian Opel is a tractor, Futian Gushen is a harvester, and Futian Wuxing is an agricultural tricycle. Each product has a series of different types. This time our internship is in Futian Wuxing Vehicle Factory, not in the main factory area, but in the west of the main factory area. We also call it the West Factory. In addition to the west factory, there is also a south factory. My workshop is an assembly workshop, and my team is Class Two for interior decoration. "Interior", as its name implies, is the team that installs front windshield, side windshield, cotton pad and small horn. It's not very heavy, but half an hour is enough for you to get on and off and get on five or six cars! And the space is so small that it is possible to squeeze four or five people in a car when busy. Tired and hot, it provides an excellent environment for you to exercise your strong perseverance. Besides, you can also exercise! One of my colleagues is a college student assigned to the workshop for internship. He installed the rear windshield with me. Because the rubber is too hard, we have to beat it with all our strength after installation. He said that he came here because his hands were tight, and he worked in Futian for a month. Now it is estimated that he can kill a cow with one hand.

Bitter to bitter, there are happy times every day ... the monitor and the workers are also very good. I recognized several masters there. The masters taught me to finish my work, and they also helped me when I was too busy or free, but I also learned a lesson and often asked them, Do you want some water? Occasionally, they will allow me to put it into action, so in return, this little man is very good! Another time, I caught a cold that day. Of course, the main reason is that I am tired and want to have a rest. After work, I sat in the car for a long time and accidentally fell asleep. The assembly line brought me to the monitor. "Liu Jing, why are you asleep?" I had a brainwave in a daze. "Monitor, I didn't sleep. I have a headache." Tell him I have a cold, and he told me to go to the clinic, but I didn't go. He said to swipe his medical card (thinking I had no money), but I still didn't go. Finally, the monitor dragged me because I was sick and couldn't go home! I walked into the nursing room with great gratitude, took the monitor's temperature, took the medicine, and walked out of the nursing room with great joy and gratitude. It's very kind of the monitor. I didn't do well. Can I live up to him?

I met many interns there, and I will go to the management post in one month. This is my greatest achievement. I asked them how they spent four years in college and what they did when they went to Futian for an interview. In addition to learning professional courses well in the university, they will also tell me about this young person and tell me some truth about dealing with people. I'm really happy!

Whenever I walk on the road in Fukuda's work clothes, although the fabric is not very good and the pants are very short, I am still very happy as a Fukuda person. Whenever I wait for the bus at the gate of the main factory to go to the west factory, I feel very unhappy when I see those people wearing management clothes, carrying small bags on their shoulders and wearing high-heeled sandals on their feet, and then I don't know which pair of new gloves are in their hands. I can do what others can do. I believe. !
