The impeller in the above picture is the impeller of centrifugal pump. Its working principle is that the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller after the water pump runs throws the water in the impeller channel around and presses it into the volute, and the inlet of the impeller forms a vacuum. The water in the pool is sucked along the suction pipe under the external atmospheric pressure to replenish the space. Then the sucked water is thrown out by the impeller and enters the outlet pipe through the volute.
