It is forbidden to carry hazardous wastes and passengers on the same means of transport; 6. When the facilities and equipment for transporting hazardous wastes are used for other purposes, they must be treated to eliminate pollution before they can be used; 7. Personnel transporting hazardous wastes should receive professional training; Only after passing the examination can they engage in the transportation of hazardous wastes; 8. Units transporting hazardous wastes shall formulate emergency measures and preventive measures in case of accidents; 9. In case of sudden accidents during transportation, immediate measures must be taken to eliminate or reduce the pollution hazards to the environment, and nearby units and residents shall be notified in time, and the accident shall be reported to the competent administrative department of environmental protection of the people's government at or above the county level and relevant departments for investigation and handling.

Legal basis: Article 8 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), local people's governments at all levels shall incorporate fire protection planning, including fire safety layout, fire stations, fire water supply, fire communication, fire truck access, fire equipment, etc. Incorporate into urban and rural planning and be responsible for organizing the implementation.

Urban and rural fire safety layout does not meet the requirements of fire safety, it should be adjusted and improved; If public fire-fighting facilities and fire-fighting equipment are insufficient or do not meet the actual needs, they should be added, rebuilt, equipped or technically transformed.
