First, in order to comply with the requirements of higher-level laws, the relevant management entities set by the "Regulations" need to be adjusted. The "Highway Safety Protection Regulations" of the State Council, which were implemented on July 1, 2011, while strengthening highway safety protection, authorized highway management agencies to be specifically responsible for the supervision and management of highway protection. 1. About the highway management entities and responsibilities. On February 26, 2014, the Provincial Department of Transportation established the Provincial Highway Administration (Provincial Highway Administration Corps) to perform the functions of highway administration, operation supervision, road network dispatching, and road transportation supervision and inspection.

2. Regarding the management of dangerous goods transport vehicles.
